UX design encompasses a wide range of processes which can change from organization to organization and even project by project. Included below are samples to show an abbreviated overview of approaches I’ve taken over recent years to software UX problems posed by various clients.

E-cards

E-Cards is a mass email newsletter sending and management suite, similar to existing products like MailChimp, but with segmented content and collaborative editing tools for compiling very large corporate newsletters. 

TRXADE

Trxade, is a publicly-traded wholesale pharmaceutical platform for independent pharmacies. They came to us with an existing, working product that was very outdated and hard to use, along with a number of business requirements and IT restrictions that dictated broad working parameters. 

Directory CMS & APP

Directory is an enterprise contact management SaaS product developed by Elegant Thought, consisting of a web-based CMS and mobile apps for both iOS and Android. The product is white-labelled and deployed within a Big 4 accounting firm.
